Your body doesn’t feel like yours anymore. ABM reconnects you to your own body. Self awareness is one of it’s fundamentals. Your therapy is helping, but not as fast as you’d like. Or you’ve plateaued. Or it hurts. By adding in simple variations, ABM can add new life to your therapy routine. ABM should NEVER hurt. If you experience pain, then your brain has stopped learning.
